Simple answer: No. Sure, ForeSite Manager works best with enabled geolocation on employee smart phones to prevent clocking in and out outside of jobsites, but the system can still be used without a smart phone.
Do I need an address for my jobsite?
No. If you do, that's great. But entirely possible that you are so early in the construction process that your jobsite doesn't have an address. That's why we include the Google Map feature alling you to "drop a pin" for your jobsite location.
If I make a change in the field, will my office administrators see the change?
Yes! The great thing about our application is that it runs in real time. Meaning, as soon as you make a change, it changes everywhere.
